How it works
Submit your martini
The recipe must include at least one part Absolut Vodka, and if using cordials, please use Hiram Walker. Only submissions by bartenders representing a licensed restaurant or bar in the Chicago suburbs will qualify. Submission deadline: Friday, November 24 at midnight.
Time to vote!
The public is invited to vote for their favorite martini November 25 - December 1. The top 12 bartenders whose martinis get the highest numbers of votes will compete live at the 5th Annual Martini Challenge.
Compete at the live mix off!
The live mix off will be held Monday, December 11, 5:30 - 9 p.m. at Drink Nightclub. At this fun event of music, appetizers and drinks, the top 12 bartenders will shake up their martini before a live audience and the judges.
The judges' pick and the Fan-Favorite will both receive a prize and will be featured in the Daily Herald newspaper.
