GENERAL TERMS

1. ELIGIBILITY

There is no purchase necessary. Void where prohibited by or restricted by law. This contest is open only to persons who are legal residents of the United States for the duration of the contest. Employees of the Daily Herald, Reflejos, Business Ledger, Paddock Publications, Inc. or its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, agents or other representatives of any kind and their immediate families are not eligible to participate. The winner may be required to execute affidavits of eligibility.

You must be eighteen years old or older to participate in this contest.

One photo entry per person/e-mail address will be considered. Only one winner per household or immediate family per 30-day period is permitted. You must be the owner, or have rights to the photo that you submit.

Each contest or voting registrant is allowed a total of 10 votes for the Winter Wonderland Photo Contest. The person may choose to vote for the same photo 5 times or divide up the votes among different photos. Ballot stuffing is prohibited.

2. THE PRIZE

Prize includes air/hotel vacation for two valued at up to $1926 per vacation to any of the following hotels in Cancun or the Riviera Maya, Mexico. The travel will be from Chicago O'Hare or Midway via Funjet Vacations' charter or value flights.

Prize Terms

All travel must depart before January 31, 2012.

Airfare is based on space availability and is not available on holidays or special events. Holiday blackout dates are 5 days prior and 5 days after each major holiday. Major holidays are: New Year, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Spring Break, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Hotel-imposed black-out dates apply: 1/21 – 4/12/11; 5/27 – 5/30/11; 6/23 – 8/14/11; 11/22 – 11/26/11; 12/24/11 – 1/3/12

If traveling to an international country that requires a passport, all travelers must be in possession of a valid U.S. Passport by their departure date. Once a reservation has been confirmed, no changes will be permitted.

Name changes within 21 days from the departure date will not be permitted for charter flights.

Name changes are NOT allowed on value flights via United, Frontier, ATA, Midwest and Sun Country Airlines value flights with the following exceptions:

Any last name change of 3 or less characters (this type of change can only be made once)

Changes to the first name

An addition to an existing last name or a partial deletion of the last name

Changing a transposed first/last name

NOTE: NAME CHANGES / CORRECTIONS THAT DO NOT MEET THE CRITERIA ABOVE WILL RESULT IN A CANCELLATION. COMPLETE NAME CHANGES ARE NOT ALLOWED.

Additional restrictions and fees for cancellations and revisions may apply for scheduled air reservations.

If a trip is canceled within seven (7) days of departure, no credit will be issued to the contest winner.

Travelers are responsible for departure taxes, Passenger Facility Charges, segment fees, terminal taxes and other government fees and taxes not included in the price of a Funjet Vacations package. Taxes and fees are subject to change without notice. In the event of an increase of the taxes or fees, Travelers will be required to pay the incurred increase. IMPORTANT NOTE: As of February 10, 2009, all travelers redeeming trade are required to pay a $50 per person fuel surcharge, which cannot be applied towards your trade balance.

The Funjet Vacations Bill of Rights which details our policies and procedures will apply to all travelers.

All travelers to Las Vegas, Mexico and the Caribbean must be 21 or older. All travelers will be required to sign, date and return the Funjet Vacations Bill of Rights with the Trade Agreement Request Form.

Air seats will be booked in the highest class of service at the time of booking.

Prizes may not be substituted or redeemed for cash. All taxes, tips, gratuities and other miscellaneous expenses are the responsibility of the winner. Unless otherwise stated, winners must claim their prizes at Paddock Publications, Inc., 155 E. Algonquin Road, Arlington Heights, IL 60005. You may be asked to show a form of picture ID. Written permission must be obtained for all prizes mailed, either by postal mail or by fax, and must include a form of the winner’s identification for verification purposes.

In the event that the winner is unable to claim the prize, another photo winner will be randomly selected. The odds of winning depend upon the total number of entries received.

3. SELECTION OF THE WINNER

All decisions are final. Paddock Publications, Inc. reserves the right to amend or change the rules at any time during the course of the promotion. Winners will be contacted via telephone and/or e-mail. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to have their name(s) and/or likeness(es) posted on dailyherald.com or published in any Paddock Publications products and may be used in future promotions. Paddock Publications, Inc. reserve the right to cancel this game for any reason that it deems appropriate, including, without limitation, a computer virus, bug or other technical problem that corrupts the administration, security or proper functioning of this contest. Should this contest be cancelled prior to the applicable date(s) for entry, notice will be posted in versions of Paddock Publications, Inc. products.

4. RESERVATIONS

All entries become the property of Paddock Publications, Inc. and will not be returned. By entering the contest, each entrant agrees to be bound by these rules and the selection of winner, which is final and binding in all respects.

By entering, participants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Paddock Publications, Inc., its subsidiaries, affiliates and divisions, including their respective officers, directors, employees and agents; and sponsors from damages or losses arising from the use, misuse or possession of any prizes received.

Paddock Publications and/or its sponsors are not responsible for entries that are late, lost, stolen, misdirected, or non-deliverable due to any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, online communication malfunction or failure, computer or computer program malfunction or failure, or human error that may occur in the processing of entries to this contest. Unlawful, unintelligible, illegible, obscene, indecent or incomplete entries will be disqualified. The sponsors reserve the right to scrutinize all entries for these requirements prior to entry in the contest.
