Calling all suburban mixologists:
Do you make the best martini in the Chicago suburbs?
Submit your martini for a chance to compete at the 2nd Annual Martini Challenge on December 15 for a chance to win the title of Best Martini in the 'Burbs!
First, submit your martini
Enter your original martini by submitting the martini name, recipe and photo using the "Submit a Martini" tab above. The recipe must include at least two parts Absolut Vodka, and if using cordials, cordials must be Hiram Walker. Mixologists must represent a restaurant or bar in the Chicago suburbs.
Don't worry - we won't publish your top secret recipe! The photo and name of the martini will be published online.
Submission deadline extended to November 28!
Then, it's time to vote!
The public is invited to vote for their favorite martini November 24 - December 7. The top 12 mixologists whose martinis get the highest numbers of votes will compete live before the judges and the public at the 2nd Annual Martini Challenge.

Old Crow Smokehouse
At this fun event of music, appetizers and drinks, the top 12 mixologists will shake up their martini before a live audience and the judges.
The Judges' Pick and the Fan-Favorite will both receive a prize and will be featured in the Daily Herald newspaper.
